Before you write, this helps us a lot

Include your app version. You will find it at the bottom of the Settings screen, like BoardSnap · beta · v1.0.0 (13). That number tells us exactly which build you are running, which is usually half the answer.

Tell us what you did, what you expected, and what happened instead. A screenshot of the result — never of a confidential board — helps.

Common questions

The generated document is wrong or incomplete

BoardSnap uses an AI model to reconstruct your board, and it can misread handwriting or fill gaps with plausible content. Retake the photo so the board fills the frame, avoid glare and steep angles, and use several photos for a wide board. Every section is editable — the document is meant to be corrected.

My credits did not update after subscribing

The Play Store confirms your purchase to the app before it reaches our servers — we have measured about a minute. The app waits, then asks you to reopen it. If your credits have not changed a few minutes after that, write to us with the date and time of the purchase.

How do I cancel my subscription?

Only Google Play can cancel it: Play Store → Menu → Subscriptions → BoardSnap → Cancel. Cancelling stops the renewal; you keep your credits until the end of the period you have paid for. Deleting your BoardSnap account does not cancel the subscription.

I lost my password

There is currently no password reset by email. If your account also has Google sign-in, use that. Otherwise write to us at contact@befunnystudio.com and we will help as far as we can — but be aware we may not be able to restore access.

Do you see my board photos?

No. Photos and generated documents stay on your device. To analyse a photo, your device sends it directly to our AI provider; it never passes through our servers. See the Privacy Policy.

Where are my exported PDFs?

In your device's Downloads folder.

I want my account deleted

See the Delete Account page, or do it in the app: Settings → Account → Delete my account.
