NotaireCalc is a free, ad-supported calculator that estimates French notary fees (frais de notaire) for a property purchase.

The amounts shown are simplified estimates based on public fee scales; actual notary fees depend on the specifics of your transaction, may include costs the app cannot anticipate, and fee scales change over time. Only your notary can give you the exact figure — always confirm with them before committing to a purchase. NotaireCalc does not provide legal or tax advice. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for differences between estimates and actual fees or any resulting loss.

Acceptable use

Don’t misuse the app, attempt to break or reverse-engineer it, or use it unlawfully.
