What PaidTimeCalculator is

PaidTimeCalculator is a free, ad-supported app that measures your work sessions, applies the hourly rate you set, and projects your expected daily, weekly and monthly earnings.

Estimates only — not payroll, legal or tax advice

PaidTimeCalculator is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. It performs the arithmetic you ask for on the sessions and rate you enter — it does not know your employment contract, your collective agreement, your overtime rules, or the taxes and contributions that apply where you live. The earnings shown are gross projections, not what you will actually be paid, and not payroll, legal or tax advice: always confirm any figure that matters with your employer, your accountant or a qualified advisor. Timing can also be affected by your device — for example if the app is closed by the system or the device is switched off during a session. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for incorrect calculations, mistimed sessions or any resulting loss.

Acceptable use

Don’t misuse the app, attempt to break or reverse-engineer it, or use it unlawfully.

Changes

We may update these terms; continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.
