Terms of Use
Last updated: August 2026
By using PlankMaster, you agree to these terms. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the app.
What PlankMaster is
PlankMaster is a free, ad-supported timer for plank and core-hold exercises: pick a duration or follow a progression, hold the position while the timer runs, and keep a history of your sessions and your streak.
Not medical advice — exercise at your own risk
PlankMaster is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. It counts time; it cannot see your posture, it does not know your medical history, and it cannot tell whether an exercise is safe for you. Nothing in the app is medical advice, physiotherapy, a diagnosis or a personalised training programme. Talk to a doctor or a qualified professional before you start or resume physical exercise, and especially if you are pregnant or recently gave birth, have a back, neck, shoulder or abdominal problem or a hernia, are recovering from surgery or an injury, or have a heart condition. Stop straight away if you feel pain, dizziness or discomfort. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any injury or health consequence of exercise you choose to do.
The durations and progressions offered are common presets, not a recommendation that they are right for you. Warm up first and go at your own pace.
Timers and notifications
Timers and reminders depend on your device and can be delayed or missed — for example by battery-saver settings, background limits, Do-Not-Disturb mode, or a powered-off device. Don't rely on PlankMaster alone to tell you when a hold ends.
Acceptable use
Don’t misuse the app, attempt to break or reverse-engineer it, or use it unlawfully.
Changes
We may update these terms; continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.
