What PokerClock is

PokerClock is a free, ad-supported tournament clock for home poker games: set up your blind levels and breaks, start the clock, and let everyone at the table see when the blinds go up.

A clock only — no gambling inside the app

PokerClock is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. It displays a timer and a blind structure: there is no card play, no betting, no money, no chips and no element of chance inside the app, and it never holds, transfers or keeps score of stakes, prizes or payouts. Whatever happens at your table happens between you and the people you are playing with. You alone are responsible for making sure your game is lawful where you live and that everyone taking part is old enough to do so — the rules on gambling differ from one country to the next, and we take no part in your game. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for disputes, losses or penalties arising from a game you organise.

Running the clock

The clock depends on your device: it can drift, pause or be interrupted if the system closes the app, the screen locks, or the battery runs out. Agree with your players beforehand on what happens if the clock stops, and leave the final say to whoever is running the game.

Acceptable use

Don’t misuse the app, attempt to break or reverse-engineer it, or use it unlawfully.

Changes

We may update these terms; continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.
